What a wonderful post - and a wonderful goal to get transportation for the children! It seems so simple to support kids getting an education, but there are many obstacles in developing nations that we might take for granted in developed countries.

I work for Christian Foundation for Children and Aging (cfcausa.org). In January, I visited some of our projects in the Philippines and met children who lived far from school. The transportation cost was often $1 or $2 - which might be the total income of their parents for the day. Some kids walked an hour or two each way to go to class.

Thank you for broadening awareness about the difficulty of kids getting to school, and thank you for your great efforts in helping the children of Tanzania!
